Sobremesa: Stay for the Food. Linger for Everything Else.

Named after the Spanish tradition of lingering around the table long after a meal has ended, Sobremesa is more than a restaurant. It's the heart of Catalina's Hideaway—a place built around good food, great music, and even better company.

Our kitchen takes inspiration from what's fresh, local, and in season, bringing together colorful breakfasts, laid-back lunches, shareable dinners, and handcrafted cocktails for every part of the day.

Come straight from the surf for lunch, or settle in for dinner after a day exploring Coiba. For something more casual, pull up a seat at our bar — handcrafted from purple Nazareno wood, salvaged from Panama's Darién jungle.
